At Feline Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the guitar in its original hardshell case and shipping carton, ensuring all original accessories, tags, and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Instrument

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is insured for its full value.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luthiers inspect the instrument to verify its original condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
